Ignite FC uses the Ollie app for all club and team communication – including tryouts, rostering, club registration, scheduling, team chat and club wide updates.
If you accepted an offer to play for one of our teams you must complete the four step registration process.
Step 1: Join the team via Ollie
This secures your spot on the roster. When you accept the offer you will receive a message and separate email with the team code. If you do not have an Ollie account you will need to create one. Click the link or use the code while creating an account to join the team on Ollie.
If you have issues with Ollie registration just reach out to your coach or team admin they would be happy to help.
Step 2: Register with UYSA via Affinity
All players are required to register with UYSA for eligibility in UYSA sanctioned events and tournaments. This fee and registration includes your players insurance coverage during an event, the new Shivwits field maintenance and the referee fees.
Once step one is complete your Coach or Team Admin will send you a link and a team assignment code via Ollie.

Complete the registration and pay the fee (payments plans are available)
Step 3: Club fees and Registration via Ollie
Once every player on your team has accepted and the team roster is finalized, you will receive a notification within the Ollie app to register and pay the club fees (payment plans are available).
Step 4: Order new kits
You will need to verify your players jersey number with the coach and then shortly you will receive a message that your kits are ready to order via soccer.com
Be sure to order within your teams deadline to ensure that your kits arrive in time for your first matches.
As a Coach and Team Admin you are required to participate in Concussion and SafeSport training courses. Once completed you will need to upload your course certificates to your Affinity account before you will be allowed to coach. These certificates will need to be updated every year.
